Leadership  and  staff

Pastor Odell attended Calvary Chapel Bible college and graduated from the School of Ministry.  After serving 7 years as an Assistant Pastor at Calvary Chapel Downey, Pastor Odell answered the call to the shepherd the flock at FCCW.  He and his beautiful wife Ruby, have been married for 14 years, and they have four children, Layah, Andrew, Isyss and Jedidiah.  Most importantly, Pastor Odell gives all glory to God and is thankful for His grace as he believes he is nothing without God! 

Elder Heni and Sister Mona Anesi have been faithful members of FCCW for over 30 years.  Together they serve with humility, dedication and a deep love for God and His people.

Shanyl Gnodle stands in awe of the One who gave it all. As a devoted servant, wife, mother, daughter, and sister, she has had the joy and privilege of serving in the ministry at FCCW since 2005 under her father, the late Pastor Earl Enesi. She is humbled and thankful to the Lord for giving her purpose to serve Him.

Seine Enesi is currently the Head of the Music Ministry, serving as both choir director and pianist. She has been a member of the First Christian Church of Wilmington, CA, since 2004. The Lord’s leading to Wilmington came through her late father and former pastor of FCCW, Earl N. Enesi (2004–2024).

Her goal is to equip others to use their musical talents and hearts of worship unto the Lord for the building up of the Body of Christ and the evangelization of others.

Seine loves the Lord, her pastor and church, and her community. Serving others is a joy for her.
